- Employees’ work hours will top out at 45 per week.
- The sector’s mid-level managers later this year will undergo intense leadership training to groom them to take over their respective organizations.
- There’s going to be a huge spike in unrestricted gifts by donors.
- Employee embezzlement and fraud at charities will be eliminated by the summer.
- Boards across the sector are going to rediscover their oversight responsibilities and become active, engaged participants in their nonprofits’ missions.
- Nonprofits and funders are set to agree on a group of reasonable metrics to determine whether money is being spent effectively and efficiently.
